Best Dropship.io alternatives in 2026
Dropship.io is a solid store tracker. The reasons to leave are specific: credits that run out, a 3-day trial, no TikTok ad library, or sales estimates that never say if a product profits. Here is which tool does each job, at checked prices.
The short answer
Dropship.io is a capable research tool at a fair entry price, and its Shopify store and sales tracking is the reason most people sign up. People who search for an alternative are usually running into one of four things: the credit system runs out faster than expected, the trial is only 3 days, it has no TikTok ad library, or the sales numbers are estimates and they want something that tells them whether a product actually makes money.
The right swap depends on which of those is your reason. The quick picks:
- You want the closest like-for-like store tracker: TrendTrack (Shopify store tracking plus a Meta and Google ad library) or Shophunter (store sales tracking, a $1 3-day trial reported).
- You want to spy on stores for free: Koala Inspector, a Chrome extension with a free plan and a $22 Premium plan.
- You want TikTok ads, which Dropship.io does not have: PiPiADS (TikTok on every tier) or Winning Hunter Standard at $79.
- You want the biggest Facebook ad archive: AdSpy, $149 a month flat.
- You sell on TikTok Shop and want sales data: Kalodata.
- You want research plus fulfillment in one place: Sell The Trend, from $29.97 a month.
- You have products but do not know if the numbers work: SpotPeaks, $39 a month after a 14-day free trial. It is our own tool, so read that entry with that in mind.
What Dropship.io costs and what you get
We checked Dropship.io’s pricing page on 1 October 2026. Three plans: Basic at $39 a month ($26 billed annually, $312 a year), Standard at $59 ($34 annually, $408 a year) and Premium at $99 ($49 annually, $588 a year). Every plan includes the same libraries. What changes is how much of them you can use:
| Monthly allowance | Basic $39 | Standard $59 | Premium $99 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product Library credits | 10,000 | 25,000 | 50,000 |
| Ad Library credits | 10,000 | 25,000 | 50,000 |
| Shop Library credits | 5,000 | 12,500 | 25,000 |
| AI searches | 100 | 200 | 400 |
| Competitor research searches | 20 a day | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Tracked TikTok Shops / FB advertisers | 10 / 10 | 25 / 25 | 50 / 50 |
| Portfolio product drops | 20 a week | 30 a week | 40 a week |
The trial is short. RevenueGeeks (2026) reports that Dropship.io’s help center now documents a 3-day free trial with a temporary $1 card authorization, and that older 7-day figures are out of date. If you do not cancel within the 3 days, the subscription starts.
Why people look for a Dropship.io alternative
Credits. The $39 headline price is real, but it buys 20 competitor searches a day and a fixed pool of library credits. Someone researching most days often ends up on Standard at $59, which is the plan Dropship.io itself labels most popular. That is not a trick, it is how metered tools work, but it means the honest monthly cost for steady use is closer to $59 than $39.
No TikTok ad library. Dropship.io covers TikTok Shop: products, shops and creators. Its ad side is Facebook, with Facebook advertiser tracking on every plan. We did not see a TikTok ad library on its pricing page. If TikTok ads are your channel, you need a different tool for that part.
Estimates, not audits. Store revenue figures in every sales tracker, Dropship.io included, are modelled from public signals. They are useful for spotting momentum and dangerous as a budget plan. A store estimated at $50,000 a month tells you nothing about its margin after ad cost.
The Trustpilot notice. When we checked on 1 October 2026, Trustpilot showed 1,828 reviews for Dropship.io but no rating, with a notice that the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines and that it removed a number of fake reviews. That does not tell you the tool is bad, and many genuine users rate it well. It does mean you cannot lean on the star score, so judge it by the trial instead.

1. TrendTrack: the closest like-for-like
If you liked Dropship.io for watching competitor Shopify stores, TrendTrack does the same core job and adds an ad library covering Meta and Google on every plan, with TikTok ads on the top Business plan. Its pricing page, checked 1 October 2026, showed Starter at $34, Pro at $62 and Business at $111 a month next to a “30% off yearly” toggle. PassiveKit (July 2026) lists higher numbers: $59, $89 and $149 billed monthly, or $42, $63 and $105 a month billed yearly. We cannot tell from the outside which figure is the monthly price, so confirm it at checkout.
The catch is lookups. Starter allows 5 store lookups a week and Pro 30, with unlimited only on Business. If you dig into a lot of stores, that limit matters more than the price. PassiveKit reports a free account with a Chrome extension and a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans, rather than a classic trial. We have no /vs page for TrendTrack yet.
2. Shophunter: store sales tracking, nothing more
Shophunter is a focused Shopify spy: track a store, watch its estimated sales and best sellers. Its own site did not show prices when we checked. Tipsonblogging (updated March 2026) lists Basic at $50 a month and Pro at $75, both with unlimited tracked stores, with Pro adding ad insights, and a trial of full Basic access for 3 days for $1. Third-party listings also mention higher Business and Enterprise tiers.
It suits someone whose only real use of Dropship.io was store tracking and who does not care about a TikTok Shop library. It has the same estimate caveat as every sales tracker. No /vs page yet.
3. Koala Inspector: the free way to look inside a store
Koala Inspector is a Chrome extension, and its pricing page lists a genuinely free plan: shop structure, product statistics, newest products and best sellers, CSV export and 15 tokens a month. Premium is $22 a month for 220 tokens and tracking of up to 50 shops, with token top-up packs available.
It is not a product database and it will not surface products you have not found yet. It answers one question well: what is this store selling and how is it built? For a beginner on a tight budget, that is often enough, and the free plan costs nothing to try. Our guide on how to spy on competitor stores covers the free methods in more detail.
4. Winning Hunter: Facebook and TikTok ads with store tracking
Winning Hunter’s homepage, checked 1 October 2026, lists Basic at $49 (Facebook ads, TikTok Shop, 25 tracked stores), Standard at $79 (adds TikTok and Pinterest ads) and Enterprise at $249, with 15% off quarterly, 40% off yearly and a free start with no card. Against Dropship.io it trades a smaller sales tracking layer for an actual TikTok ad library from $79.
Full detail in SpotPeaks vs Winning Hunter.
5. Minea: Meta ads with shop and brand tracking
Minea’s pricing page lists Starter at $49, Premium at $99 and Business at $199 a month, with lower quarterly prices ($39, $79 and $158). Every plan includes shop listing and a brand tracker, which overlaps with Dropship.io’s store side, plus Facebook ads. TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat ads are marked “coming soon” on that page, so if TikTok matters, confirm what is live before paying. More in SpotPeaks vs Minea.
6. PiPiADS: for the TikTok ads Dropship.io does not cover
PiPiADS is built around TikTok ads, with Facebook ads added. Its own site did not show prices to our check, so these come from Affmaven (December 2025): Basic at $49 a month for 10,000 credits, Advanced at $99 for 100,000, about 30% off annually, and a trial of 500 credits with no card. Viewing ad details costs 20 credits, so like Dropship.io it is metered. Other 2026 sources describe $49 and $99 as sale prices against higher list prices, so check what you are actually charged.
We cover a pattern of billing complaints in SpotPeaks vs PiPiADS, worth reading before you enter a card.
7. AdSpy: Facebook depth, no store tracking
AdSpy is one plan at $149 a month, which its site calls an introductory offer, with no trial or annual plan listed. It claims more than 211 million Facebook and Instagram ads, searchable by ad text, comments and landing page. It does not track store sales and has no TikTok. It replaces Dropship.io’s ad library, not its store tracker, and $149 before your first ad is a large fixed cost for a beginner. See SpotPeaks vs AdSpy.
8. Kalodata: if the TikTok Shop library was the part you used
If you came to Dropship.io for its TikTok Shop library, Kalodata goes much deeper on that one marketplace, tracking products, shops, creators and videos by sales. Third-party prices disagree: several 2026 reviews give Starter at $45.90 and Professional at $99.90 a month (about $38.30 and $83.20 annually), while Creatify (2026) reports US list prices nearer $49.99 and $109.99, with regional differences. There is a 7-day trial. It is not a Shopify store tracker or a Facebook ad library. More in SpotPeaks vs Kalodata.
9. Sell The Trend: if you want research and fulfillment together
Sell The Trend’s pricing page lists Lite at $29.97, Essential at $49.97 and Pro at $99.97 a month, or $19.97, $32.97 and $66.64 billed yearly. The Facebook ad finder and store intelligence are limited to 5 uses a day on Lite and unlimited from Essential; TikTok ads are Pro-only. The trial asks for a card. It also bundles a store builder, supplier network and push-to-store fulfillment, which Dropship.io deliberately does not do. See SpotPeaks vs Sell The Trend or our Sell The Trend alternatives roundup.
10. SpotPeaks: if the problem is the numbers, not the list
This is our tool, so here is the entry written to the same standard, weaknesses first.
What it does not do. No sales estimates, no TikTok Shop library, no fulfillment, and a far smaller database than Dropship.io. As of October 2026 all 71 of our live-ad platform pages are Facebook pages and none are TikTok pages. If you want to track a specific competitor store’s sales or browse TikTok Shop, Dropship.io or one of the tools above does that better.
What it does. It curates products from live ads and records how long each ad has actually run, then does the part research tools leave to you: margin after payment fees, breakeven ROAS, EU duty and VAT, whether there is EU-warehouse stock, and an 8-phase launch plan from a found product to launch day. There are no research credits to ration.
The SpotPeaks radar currently tracks 5461 products with live ads across 155 niches, each with how long its ads have been running.
Price: $39 a month after a 14-day free trial. There is no free plan. The calculators, the saturation checker, the Academy and the Chrome extension need no account. The full head-to-head is at SpotPeaks vs Dropship.io.
How to choose: match the tool to the job you used Dropship.io for
- “I tracked competitor stores.” TrendTrack or Shophunter if you track many; Koala Inspector free if you check a few.
- “I used the TikTok Shop library.” Kalodata.
- “I used the Facebook ad library.” AdSpy for depth, Minea or Winning Hunter for a broader toolkit.
- “I wanted TikTok ads and never had them.” PiPiADS, or Winning Hunter Standard.
- “I wanted it to handle orders too.” Sell The Trend.
- “I have candidates but no idea if they make money.” SpotPeaks, or at minimum our free profit simulator.
Pick one. Two research subscriptions on a first store is the kind of fixed cost that eats the test budget before the ads get a fair run. Dropship.io Standard on monthly billing is $708 a year; that money is a real share of what many beginners have for ads.
When staying on Dropship.io is the right call
If you use the store tracker and the TikTok Shop library together, Dropship.io is hard to replace for the price: you would need a store tracker plus Kalodata, and that stack costs more. The annual price is also strong, Premium at $49 a month billed yearly is half its monthly price. If the credits are the only problem, moving from monthly Basic to annual Standard ($34 a month) gets you 2.5 times the credits for less money. Switching tools will not fix a product with a thin margin.
What no sales tracker can tell you
A store’s estimated revenue says it sells. It does not say it profits, and it says nothing about what you would make at your price, ad cost and shipping times. The signal we trust more than any estimate is ad longevity: nobody keeps paying for an ad for years unless the numbers behind it work for them.
As of October 2026 the longest-running ad on our radar was in pet supplies at 1,304 days, with makeup past 1,000 days and baby products at 940. Long-running ads prove demand and also prove the field is crowded. Here is the baby products niche read live:
Browse the baby products radar or the kitchen gadgets Facebook ads, then run a candidate through the product saturation checker before you commit a test budget. For the full method, see how to find winning products.
The verdict
There is no single best Dropship.io alternative, because people use it for different jobs. For store tracking, TrendTrack or Shophunter, or Koala Inspector for free. For TikTok ads, PiPiADS. For TikTok Shop, Kalodata. For Facebook depth, AdSpy. For fulfillment, Sell The Trend. And if your real problem is knowing whether a product’s numbers survive ad cost and EU shipping, that is what SpotPeaks is for. No tool on this list, including ours, can guarantee a profit.
Next step: name the one job you used Dropship.io for, try the matching tool’s free plan or trial, and put your first candidate through the breakeven ROAS calculator before any ad money moves.
FAQ
What is the best alternative to Dropship.io in 2026?
It depends on what you used it for. For Shopify store tracking, TrendTrack (with a Meta and Google ad library) or Shophunter (about $50 a month per third-party reviews). For free store spying, Koala Inspector. For TikTok ads, which Dropship.io does not have, PiPiADS. For TikTok Shop sales data, Kalodata. Prices checked 1 October 2026.
How much does Dropship.io cost in 2026?
As of 1 October 2026 its pricing page lists Basic at $39 a month ($26 billed annually), Standard at $59 ($34) and Premium at $99 ($49). Plans differ by credit allowance and search limits, not by which libraries you can see. RevenueGeeks reports a 3-day free trial with a $1 card hold.
Is there a free alternative to Dropship.io?
Koala Inspector has a free plan that shows a Shopify store's structure, best sellers and newest products, with 15 tokens a month. TrendTrack offers a free account with its Chrome extension, per PassiveKit. Free plans are limited and best used to judge the data. SpotPeaks has no free plan: it is $39 a month after a 14-day free trial, though its calculators, saturation checker, Academy and Chrome extension need no account.
Does Dropship.io have TikTok ads?
It has a TikTok Shop library covering products, shops and creators, but its ad library and advertiser tracking are Facebook. We did not see a TikTok ad library on its pricing page. PiPiADS covers TikTok ads on every tier, and Winning Hunter from its $79 Standard plan.
Is Dropship.io legit?
It is a real, working tool with a large user base. When we checked on 1 October 2026, Trustpilot showed no rating for it, with a notice that the rating is unavailable due to a guidelines breach and that it removed fake reviews. That is a reason to judge it by its trial rather than its star score, not proof the tool is bad.
Are Dropship.io's sales numbers accurate?
They are estimates, as they are in every store sales tracker, including Shophunter and TrendTrack. Use them to spot momentum, not to plan a budget. A store's revenue says nothing about its margin after ad cost.
Should I use two product research tools at once?
Not on a first store. Research tools overlap heavily, and a second subscription comes straight out of the ad budget that actually tests products. Pick the one that fixes your specific bottleneck and add another only when you can name what the first cannot do.
Found a product? Check the numbers before the ads
SpotPeaks shows how long each product’s ads have run, then runs margin after fees, breakeven ROAS and EU duty before you spend. $39 a month after a 14-day free trial.
